The opportunity
01 · CONTEXT
Morley Builders has provided construction services across Southern California since 1947, with over 175 professionals and 300 skilled tradespeople across offices in Santa Monica, Irvine, and San Diego.
Three locations carried limited and inconsistent Wi-Fi coverage: Radian Apartments in San Diego, Thatcher Yard in Los Angeles, and 200 Mesnager Street Apartments in Long Beach. The result was connectivity failures, dead zones, and slow performance that undermined productivity, communication, and user experience daily.
The existing infrastructure could not meet demand and needed replacing rather than patching.

CLOSING NOTE
Wireless surveys before installation meant the access points went where the coverage gaps actually were, not where the floor plan suggested they might be.
