The opportunity
01 · CONTEXT
A world-class hair transplant practice was running on paper registers, WhatsApp coordination, and manual graft counting.
Patient history, surgical logs, follow-up schedules, and staff handoffs had no digital infrastructure at all. The result was bottlenecks, errors, and no real-time visibility across the Islamabad and Peshawar branches. Families waiting outside a seven-hour procedure could not be told how much longer, because nobody in the building could see.
The surgery was excellent. The system holding it together was not. This engagement is the reason Megsolve exists.
