We build software.
Now we build a product.

Megsolve has spent its life solving clinic operations one engagement at a time. LoopHOS is what those engagements taught us, assembled into a single platform.

In active development
LoopHOS

A health operating system for clinics and hospitals, built for how practices in this region actually run: multi-branch, procedure-heavy, and until now held together by paper registers and group chats.

Why we are building it

01 · ORIGIN

Megsolve started because a technician in an Islamabad clinic was writing a graft count on a scrap of paper at midnight, and nobody in the building could answer how much longer the procedure would take.

Since then we have built the pieces separately, and each time for a specific practice: a patient management system, a duty roster platform, an inventory application, a vendor management tool. Every one solved a real problem. Every one also proved the same thing, which is that these are not separate problems. A procedure that overruns is a rostering problem, a consumables problem, a scheduling problem, and a patient communication problem at the same time.

LoopHOS is those systems, built as one. Not a generic records system adapted for this market, but a platform designed from the operational reality we have been working inside since the beginning.

What is in it

02 · MODULES
MOD 01

Electronic health and medical records

Full clinical and medical record in one place, replacing paper files and the folders behind reception.

MOD 02

Patient history

Complete longitudinal history per patient: past procedures, outcomes, documents, and consent, available to whoever needs it.

MOD 03

Appointment and scheduling

Booking, reminders, and calendar management across practitioners and rooms, with conflict prevention built in.

MOD 04

Procedure and theatre management

Theatre scheduling, live procedure timers, and step logging for long-form procedures. Built for practices where a case runs seven hours, not seven minutes.

MOD 05

Staff rostering

Drag-and-drop duty rosters, automated conflict detection, shift swaps, and attendance tied to the published roster.

MOD 06

Inventory and consumables

Stock levels per branch, consumable usage against procedures, and reorder thresholds that reflect real burn rate.

MOD 07

Vendor and procurement

Supplier records, purchase order workflows, payment tracking, and performance scoring.

MOD 08

Billing and payments

Invoicing, payment capture across cash, card, and account, and reconciliation that closes at month end.

MOD 09

Follow-up and engagement

Scheduled post-procedure touchpoints, outcome tracking, and patient communication that does not depend on someone remembering.

MOD 10

Reporting

Operational and clinical reporting across branches.

MOD 11

Patient experience center

A single front-of-house view: intake, live status of everyone in the building, communication history, and feedback capture.

Rollout

03 · ROADMAP
Phase one · current

Pakistan

Building and proving the platform with practices in our home market, where we already run clinic operations daily and can see what breaks in real use.

Phase two

Regional expansion

Extending into neighbouring markets with comparable practice models, carrying the multi-branch and multi-currency work already in the architecture.

Phase three

International

Compliance work for international standards and data residency requirements, aligned to the medical tourism corridors Pakistan is opening.

EARLY ACCESS

Want to shape it?

LoopHOS is in active development and we are working with a small number of practices during the build. If you run a clinic and recognise the problems above, we would rather hear from you now than after the product is finished.
